Leo Hall started his career in video/film productions in 1993. He worked on several local television programs in Memphis, TN. In 1995, he moved to Nashville and produced a gospel music video program, called IT'S TIME. He also produced several music videos, church broadcasts and video projects for local businesses.
In 2005, Leo Hall and Leo Hall Productions produced BROUGHT ME THIS FAR, a feature film about a woman and her three children who is living with AIDS. In 2007, Leo Hall Productions produced ANGEL UNAWARE: THE TARA COLE STORY, the true life story of Tara Cole, a young woman who was the fatal victim of a crime against the homeless. Tara suffered from BPD (Bipolar Disorder), a debilitating mental illness. The film won an award at the International Black Film Festival of Nashville. It also went on to play at several cities across the United States and Spain.
In 2008, Leo Hall created LaughCryThinkFilm, the film production arm of Leo Hall Productions. The company's first two projects were short films, A LETTER, starring Chicago actress JACI WILLIAMSON and Nashville native MICHAEL RUTTLEN, and "THE STORE", starring BOBBY DANIELS, DAVID CHATTAM, ELIZABETH ABRAHAM and TYLER MCNAIR, son of NFL Quarterback Steve McNair. Both films have been submitted into several film festivals across the country. LaughCryThinkFilm has completed production of it's newest feature, LOVEJOURNEY, starring FALGUNI PATEL and MICHAEL STOREY, JR.
LaughCryThink Film is in pre-production of a new project, called COUNT IT ALL JOY. Production starts in May 2010.
