LoveJourney is about a young American born Indian girl trying to come to terms
with the cultural diversity and clash of traditional and contemporary
beliefs. Sherine Vaz, wants to make her own path to
success in life. She goes to college to get her education and find herself,
while her parents want to do what any traditional Indian family thinks
of, marry their daughter off to a "Nice Indian Boy". What Sherine finds is Collin, an African
American architectural student. whom she falls in love with. As their
love grows, she is faced with a problem. Does she tell her parents
about her love for Collin and risks dishonoring them, or does she
marry the person they chose for her.
